Tony Graham

 TT Tony Graham created Hospitality Search International in August 1995. He is a fellow of the HCIMA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A graduate of Westminster Hotel School, Tony initially gained extensive hotel operational experience with Ladbroke Hotels in England before entering the Human Resource function in August 1976 at The Messilah Beach Hotel in Kuwait..

Three years later, he joined Hilton International at the Dubai Hilton Hotel and Trade Centre Apartments. During this time, he was also given the added responsibilities of coordinating recruitment into all Hilton Operations in the Gulf. After seven and a half years with Hilton, Tony joined Copthorne Hotels Ltd as Group Human Resources Manager.

In 1989, Tony was appointed to the Main Board of Crest Hotels Ltd, with overall responsibility for the human resources function in 65 hotels throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. Latterly, he was with Ramada and Renaissance International Hotels and Resorts - EMEA. Region based out of Frankfurt, Germany

Jonathan Bishop

Jonathan Bishop joined HSI in May 2000 having worked at numerous quality 4 and 5 star hotels, both in the UK and Internationally. A graduate of Redditch College, Jonathan can count experience at the Cliveden hotel, La Gavroche, and latterly at the Hotel Casa Velha de Palheiro in Madeira as Executive Chef in his career to date. He speaks a number of foreign languages and brings a new dimension to the services that HSI is able to offer both candidates and clients in terms of Culinary Consultancy and in recruitment and selection.
