International standard hotel which has been  superb newly refurbished, requires result orientated Executive Chef to produce high quality catering to a number of restaurants in the complex.  Candidates must be organized individuals with excellent communication and managerial skills. Previous experience of working within large, high volume operations is essential.Previous working experience in the  Middle East is essential as will have been in a similar Executive Chef position for at least 2 years.  Opening experience would be an advantage.
