Your business is important to us and we never forget that. We will not promise you anything we cannot deliver and we will be HONEST and STRAIGHTFORWARD with you from the outset. (Incidentally we follow the same business philosophy with our candidates as well!)

We will listen and strive to truly understand your needs and requirements - and will if required help you develop the appropriate supporting recruitment package (Job Description, Person Specification, Property Profile, Compensation and Benefit package, local conditions etc…) and wherever possible we will visit you on site.

We’ll agree a timetable with you which reflects the marketability of your position and the speed that you want to find someone.

You’ll have a dedicated HSI Team Member looking after you who is always available to help you and support you. That person - who has substantial experience of the hospitality industry - will keep you updated of progress and will be your representative with your candidate, “Bridging” the gap between you and your candidate and ensuring that your interests are at all times paramount.

We consider ourselves as your Professional Partners and an Extension of your desk. 
Your success is our success. We rely on your referrals - not only for candidates but also for clients, as a consequence we believe the only job that’s good enough is an excellent job.

You’ll be presented with details of candidate(s) who have been fully vetted and are able to do the job, who meet your person specification and who have expressed interest in the role. That way - you’ll only see people who are truly interested, motivated and informed. 
We understand that your time is valuable so you won’t be sent time wasters.

All resumes presented to you will follow a standard format - they are not photocopies of what the candidate has sent us. Wherever possible, a representative of HSI will have met the candidate and be able to answer any questions you may have prior to selection for interview. All resumes will be accompanied by a critique sheet telling you why it would be of benefit for you to see the candidate and explaining any career points that may require clarification.

We will maintain close contact with you and your candidate(s) at all stages of the selection process - feeding back to you with candidate comments, reactions, thoughts, positives and negatives. Together we can iron out any concerns that your first choice candidate may have, and particularly - that person will be supported during the critical “Resignation Process” with his or her existing employer - when they can often be talked into staying!

You’ll also find our post appointment follow up equally as attentive - as we will maintain contact with you and your newly appointed person for 90 days. We are able to help with any concerns or problems during this settling in period.
