Our clients are a known and respected name within the Long stay Hotel and serviced Apartment sector within the UAE. They seek a General Manager for one of their Central Dubai clusters where, reporting to one of the owners, you will oversee all operational matters with finance, sales and revenue functions reporting to the HQ. Current or very recent experience of the UAE is essential, and you will probably be working for a major operator in the UAE at the moment, probably as an EAM type and now looking for your first GM appointment. European experience is also seen as a pre-requisite. The owners see this as a strategic appointment and therefore only those meeting the specification given will be contacted.

Idyllic Indian Ocean Resort property, small but exclusive, seeks Management Couple to assume day to day responsibility for the operation of the hotel reporting to the locally resident owners. The role is very hands on, with considerable guest interaction so candidate must be prepared to work long hours and get their hands dirty! Accommodation is provided, yearly flights, F & B, laundry but no children. Age will not be a limiting factor but only short listed persons will be responded to.
